Trojan Horse Restaurant Group provides marketing and sales consultation, training, branding and strategic planning for restaurants, hotels, cruise lines and vacation destinations with retail, food and beverage and activity divisions. Exceptionally well versed and tested in electronic marketing and sales training, the firm, “rolls its Virtual Trojan Horse into a restaurant and pours out its digital foot soldiers” effecting nearly instantaneous sales increases and branding awareness. Trojan Horse Restaurant Group is led by Jonathan Todd and Eric Waddell.

Jonathan Todd is the developer of Fleetwood’s on Front St., Mick Fleetwood (founder of the band Fleetwood Mac) and runs all marketing, licensing and sales for the establishment of 10,000 square feet plus the retail store and art gallery. Jonathan gained his hospitality industry expertise working with major cruise lines directing marketing and sales for Exploration Holidays and Cruises, Sundance Cruise lines and Regency Cruises. It was there that he learned the fine art of “being perfect always.” He then went on to consult in marketing and sales for Frontier Bank & Trust through business training of their customer base, which led to work for the Small Business Association contributing to the nation’s marketing and sales training of the SBA. He is Managing Partner of Hawaii’s 808 MARKETING LLC (Maui); Project Director & Senior Director Marketing, Sales & Branding for Fleetwood’s on Front St. (Maui); Director of Mick Fleetwood Private Cellar Wines (Los Angeles); VP Marketing, Sales & Celebrity Endorsements at Tattoo Tequila (Maui). He has an extensive background in the management of artist and celebrity careers, managing diverse artist and celebrity portfolios ranging from rock icon Mick Fleetwood (Jonathan is co-manager of Mick Fleetwood Blues Band and Mick Fleetwood Island Rumours Band) to having managed Chef Scott Leibfried of Hell’s Kitchen – FOX.

Eric Waddell is a restaurant industry veteran, who started working in restaurants in his teens. After 8 years handling ever task for a single restaurant, he purchased the restaurant when he was just 27. He sold that venture when he was 35. He was trained by Doubletree Hotels going through all major corporate training including Reservations, Desk Manager, Executive Housekeeper, and ending as National Sales Manager, and moved to Maui when recruited by Starwood Hotels through the Westin Corp for the prestigious position of Genera Manager of finest restaurant then on Maui, Tropica. Eric left Starwood to accept the position of General Manager of the flagship restaurant Fleetwood’s on Front St. During his tenure there, Eric led the restaurant to every conceivable award and through annual increases of 50% over the previous years through savvy marketing and sales, digital mastery of social media and enhanced management techniques tried and tested in the trenches.
